1. Brief Introduction
Banghua has continuous top flaker technology. They are the latest and unique patent technology and also the most advanced technology in the industry of calcium chloride flaker production line. The technology has the advantages of large output, low energy consumption, higher stability and better product quality, can realize the production of burr and smooth flakes. Continuous flaker technology can realize trouble-free continuous running.
1) Evaporating system
This scheme adopts two effect forced circulation evaporative crystallization technology,which can be divided into several parts: Calcium chloride liquid system, steam system, condensate system and vacuum system. Detailed information is as following.
Calcium chloride liquid system: Calcium chloride is delivered to the material stock tank from outside, through the feed pump to raw material preheater(E1002) for first effect preheat, then deliver to secondary effect circulation pipeline. It enters into the second effect heater(E1004) by secondary effect circulation pump(1004) to heat and then enter into the second evaporator(V1002) to do the vapor-liquid separation by circulation pump. The liquid is transported to the first effect circulation pipeline by the feed transfer pump( P1005) through condensate water preheater(E1005) to first effect circulating pipeline and then transported to first effect preheater(E1003) by first effect circulating pump(P1002) and then into the first effect evaporator ( V1001) for vapor-liquid separation. The concentrated feed liquid is sent to the flaking stage by the discharge pump.
Heating system: The live steam enters the decompression and dehumidification device from outside to adjust temperature and pressure, and then enters the first-effect heater ( E1003)through the live steam pipeline to heat the feed liquid. The secondary steam, which is generated in the first effect heater(E1004) enters the secondary effect heater(E1002) to heat the material liquid through the secondary steam pipeline, and the secondary steam generated in the second effect enters the surface condenser (E1001) for condensation. Vacuum system: the non-condensable air of surface condenser is discharged to atmosphere by vacuum pump.
2) Characteristics
1. Integrate spray, drying and flaker, and realize liquid materials to granules in one-step granulation.
2. Adopt the parallel flow spray and drying way, thus can smoothly operate the heat sensitive materials.
3. Use two-stage drying: spray drying and fluidized bed drying, can make the products achieve very low moisture content. The equipments are operated under the airtight negative pressure, so no dust float.
3) Energy Saving and Environmental Protection for Technological Process
1. Energy Saving
For the waste heat utilization of the flue gas (150-180ºC) exhausted from hot air furnace, adopting heat pipe waste heat recoverer to recycle some of the flue gas, which will make the exhaust flue gas temperature decreased to around 90ºC, the flue gas emission reduced over one third. The thermal efficiency can reach 78%.
For the exhausted tail gas temperature around 150ºC, the tail gas temperature can be decreased to 80ºCby absorption of the feed solution.
2. Environmental Protection
The flue gas emission of hot air furnace can reach Ringelmann Level 1, no black smoke emission. The desulfurization deduster can be added according to the customers' requirements to meet the environmental protection standard.
The exhaust dust can be absorbed by the spray tower to realize no dust emission. The feed solution as the absorption solution of spray tower increases the concentration and then reenter the fluidized bed for granulation. Closed cycle, no wastewater discharge, emission completely meets the standard.
