Product Description

The whole calcium chloride granulation line starts from calcium chloride reaction preparation to final spray granulation for producing anhydrous calcium chloride. It mainly includes three parts: 1. Reaction section, 2. Fluidized bed drying granulation, 3. Cooling and packaging.

Complete process chain from the production of CaCl solution, through its concentration, to the final product, such as:

1. Flakes CaCl 78-80%
2. Granules CaCl 78-80% or 95-98%.

Characteristics:

1. Set spray, drying and granulation in one; make granulation realized in one step.
2. Parallel flow way of spray drying is adopted, so that heat sensitive materials can be easily operated.
3. Two stage drying methods: use spray drying and fluidized bed drying, so the water content can be very low.
4. Equipment is operated under closed negative pressure, so no dust generated.
