Potassium Sulphate Production
About us
The potassium sulfate plant project, is a newly developed technology of our company. The core of this technology is a new type of reaction furnace that take Germandry calcination production of potassium sulfate as a basis and improve the structure of the Manhai mother furnace. It is combined with other special equipment to successfully solve the problems of corrosion-resistance material under high temperature and strong acid environment, as well as process technology of continuous feed production. Compared with similar foreign equipment, its outstanding features are low cost, short construction period (four to six months), high degree of automation, stable equipment running, high thermal efficiency, strong operability, high product yield, reliable quality and good environmental protection effect. The complete set of technology and equipment, including engineering design, equipment manufacturing, installation, production process and product testing, have been independently completed independently by our
company. Several equipment and technology transfer have been executed in both domestic and international market, and received good feedback.
